Complaints

In the unlikely event that you feel it necessary to lodge a complaint, we at Kismet-Hypno adhere to procedures put in place by the Societies we are a member of.

It should be mentioned though, that should you feel the need to complain, it would be appreciated if you contacted us directly in writing at:

You letter should outline your grievance and you will need to allow us to review and attempt to resolve the issue. This way we can conduct an internal audit of the situation and improve/ amend our procedures accordingly. If, following the outcome of this investigation you are still not happy with the outcome, then we will work with you to escalate the complaint to the relevant society.

Kismet-Hypno will always acknowledge a complaint (in writing) within 7 working days and will ensure the complaint is resolved within the 8 week deadline imposed by UK Law.

By we, it is meant as our company Kismet-Hypno of which Kismet Brindley is the registered & qualified Therapist. She is currently a member of the Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling Society. Their respective complaints procedures are outlined via the links below.
